My Approach with First Time Buyers

I love working with first time buyers because it’s a real opportunity for me to provide education and guidance!  For many people, the idea of buying your first place is overwhelming and a little bit scary.  I like to get started by explaining many of the things that will come up throughout the process so that before you even start looking at homes, you become familiar with some of the terminology.  As we look at homes, I provide insight on the pros and cons of places, as well as teach you to ask questions about homeowner’s associations, the age of mechanicals and other important information about the properties we see.  You will find yourself getting educated very quickly!

Once it’s time to make an offer on the place you love, things can move very quickly.  I will make sure you understand what the contract says and help you keep track of all the details the entire way so that you can feel confident in your decision.
